Jonah is 3 months old

Life is moving pretty fast these days. There is just a week left of my maternity leave, but fortunately I'm only going to work 2.5 days a week.

Our visitors have slowed down, we had a final dinner deliver. We have been so spoiled by wonderful visitors. Our most recent visitor was our doula, Carrie, who was present for the birth of Henry and Leo and she brought her sweet daughter, Sarah.

Jonah has rolled from his tummy to his back, somewhat accidentally, but not from his back to tummy (thank goodness, says the mama who isn't ready for this boy to get mobile). His smiles and gazes while I nurse are the best.

We survived our first 2 nights without Jon who went away for a work conference. I had help the first night from grandma Karen, and then the second night I was able to do it all on my own.

He has started sucking on his fingers to sooth himself and perhaps as an early teething sign.

Henry and Leo continue to love on Jonah every day. It has been a very different transition than when we added Leo...as always it fun to see the brother relationships forming. Leo loves to take care of his brother and than also to pretend he his a baby at the same time.

Probably most excitingly, Jonah has his first laugh yesterday, a hearty "HA!" with a big open mouthed, toothless grin. He tolerates his brother's snuggles, kisses and attempts to wrestle.

And now for a whole bunch of photos:
