For as hard as it can be to find good childcare, I feel like we have definitely had really good fortune, so far (knock on wood). We have heard all the horror stories, from being "dumped" by a nanny to having your name get "lost" on a wait list. It is not an easy task to 1) find someone you feel comfortable and trusting of to leave your baby with and 2) find a place or people can accommodate a specific schedule. So today I just wanted to recognize those sweet souls that watch over Henry while we are at work. We are so lucky to have them in our lives!
Here is Henry playing with his friend, Francie. Henry is lucky enough to go to a nanny share one day a week, get a little socialization and to play his Nanny Olivia, and Francie's Mom & Dad too. =) While his start here was a little rocky, his nanny stuck with us, and now Henry loves it there!
This picture is from my yesterday. Check out those big brown eyes! Seriously heart melting! Henry spends two days a week with his Nana Molly, who sweetly picks him up at our house in the morning while I haphazardly run around trying to get out the door. We know Henry loves all those snuggles from Nana Molly.
And then we also have Grandma Karen come to our house one day week to watch Henry. This picture is from last week, as Henry takes up a new hobby of reading on the toilet! We love that Henry gets one day a week where he can be in his own environment and play with his Grandma Karen.

Seriously, we don't know how we'd do it without all your support. And thanks for sending us all the cute pictures...it makes the separation more tolerable. We are so lucky to have you in our lives and I know Henry loves you all too. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all that you do!!
