We have officially arrived in fall. The fall brings many changes and just like the seasons, it seems like we are changing and growing as well. Similar to the way you wake up one morning and summer is gone, we wouldn't want to move slowly into this next stage, but would rather jump in head first. New homes, new babies, so much excitement and change!
Fortunately, we have friends who are progressing at a similar rate as us. Earlier this month I attended two baby showers, the first I've been to in 7 years, since the birth of my first nephew.

Two weekends ago we headed to Rochester, NY for Jon's 10 year college reunion. While many things have changed for Jon and all his friends, their camaraderie remained the same.
 |
| First we stopped in the city to visit the cousins and friends. Since we only had one night there, we had to choose our tourist attractions carefully. We took advantage of the gorgeous fall day and walked across the Brooklyn bridge. |

And then the weekend after we got back from NY, we officially closed on the house and moved in!!! The house is so perfect, and it feels so nice to have space to start nesting for the bambino. We had an awesome showing for support from friends and family who made it all possible to do the move.
This Wednesday is our big mid-way through the pregnancy ultrasound...so stay tuned for updated pictures.
